When Cee, the CEO of Bootstrap.ph joined her first run in April 2025, she wasn’t looking for a client; she was looking for a community. It was there she met Mark and Aileen, the husband-and-wife co-founders of HeyApril. Between kilometers and breathless conversations, a friendship formed. They talked about the “founder grind,” family life, and the unique challenges of scaling a business in the Philippines.
They didn’t just run; they showed up for the community together. She discovered that our values weren’t just aligned on paper, they were tested on the road.
